This is a picture off of the front cover of my music magazine.
The posture appears to be the same as both of the people in the photos are standing straight on, with their head tilted slightly and their chin raise a bit the angle used was medium angle and the shot type was a medium close up showing the shoulders and face this gives the impression that they are quite headstrong characters as they are facing straight on, with a serious look, which is stereotypical for a male character as males are typically quite headstrong.
The expression that both are using I would say is one that just shows dis-concern, this agrees with the Stereotype that men are hardy, the impression that is given generally shows that it doesn't matter what happens they wont be too concerned about it. however it also gives the impression that they are in control of the situation. for example in the story the band Solid broke up, but instead of crying about it the artist Will Saxon is moving on immediately and becoming a solo artist this shows the stereotypical male character of not caring or unconcerned by things that are out of their control.
They are both wearing dark attire with a brighter looking shirt underneath the dark jacket. the lighting is very similar as it shines from the left of the model onto their face, casting a shadow onto the right of their chin; however on my magazine the shadow is not cast as much. The way that my model is posing and the facial expression used gives a serious impression of the young adult male. I believe this because he is stood straight eyes fixed forwards.
